Site Design and Development

This site was initially designed during December of 2008 by Nicole Arendell in fulfillment of the course requirements for CMWEB120 at Illinois Central College. All xhtml and css code has passed the W3C markup validation service.

The following outside web resources were used to assist in the design and development of this site:

Java Script Source – Fading Slide Show: The Fading Slide Show script from Java Script Source was used to create the rotating images on the home page.
Dynamic Drive: The FavIcon Generator script and Image Rollover script from Dynamic Drive was used to create the favicon in the location bar and mouse over effects for the images on the home page.
udm4 – Drop Down Menus: Java Script resources from udm4 were used to create the navigational drop down menus on each page.
GRSites – Background Textures: Background textures from GRSites were used to create all background textures and banners throughout the site.
